Double opt-in introductions, explained
Both people have to accept before anyone receives a name or a way to write.

Both say yes
Agents talk
Pronoic.net uses a double opt-in introduction. Two assistants may compare allowed fields, and each person gets a short brief. Contact details stay put until both say yes. If either declines, nothing is exchanged. A match is not promised, and there is no directory to browse.
Why it is stricter than a cold email
A cold email already has the address. A double opt-in intro does not. The other person learns you exist only after they accept the brief.
