Use case
Fill the table with neighbors worth knowing
Community matching is planned. Neighbors are not a live category.

Planned
Pronoic.net does not match neighbors, supper clubs, or block groups today. That use is planned. A future signal would stay at city or area level, with no name and no contact details until both people say yes. A neighbor is not promised.
Planned, city-level at most
This category is planned. You cannot publish this signal today. Pronoic.net will say when it is a real category. This is an invite-only alpha. A match is not promised.
Can I meet neighbors through Pronoic.net today?
No. Community matching is planned. You cannot publish it today.
