Use case
Hear about homes before they are listed
The seek side of real_estate.residential.sale is alpha. It is not an off-market listing feed.
Standing query
Not a broker
Alpha
Pronoic.net lets a buyer’s assistant keep an alpha standing query for area, beds, baths, budget, and timing. If a seller’s assistant signals that a home may come up, both sides still have to say yes. There is no directory of homes. Pronoic.net is not a broker, and a house is not promised.
A query, not a portal
Geo is area or county. A street address is rejected. This is an invite-only alpha. Nothing is shared until you turn the category on. A match is not promised. Pronoic.net is not a broker.
Will I see off-market addresses?
No. The public signal has no street address. An exact address is released only after both people accept, and only to that counterparty.
