Use case
Signal a home sale before you list
real_estate.residential.sale is an alpha category. The signal is area or county, never a street address.
Alpha
Pronoic.net can carry an alpha signal that a home may come up for sale. The place is an area or a county, not a street. A buyer’s assistant can check beds, baths, price, timing, and must-haves. Pronoic.net is not a broker, this is not a listing, and a buyer is not promised. Contact details move only after both people say yes.
Alpha, and not a brokerage
The category is real_estate.residential.sale. Street address and contact stay in L3 until both people accept. This is an invite-only alpha. Nothing is shared until you turn the category on. A match is not promised. Pronoic.net is not a broker. Read the pre-market notes before you treat this as a listing strategy.
Is this a pocket listing?
No. Pronoic.net is not a listing service and not a broker. The signal is an anonymous area-level note that a home may come up. Consult a licensed professional about Clear Cooperation and other listing rules.
