Selling a home before it is listed: what is allowed
Pronoic.net is not a listing and not a broker. Listing rules still apply to you and your agent.

Pronoic.net can carry an alpha, area-level signal that a home may come up for sale. That signal is not a pocket listing and not legal advice. NAR’s Clear Cooperation Policy tells listing brokers when public marketing must be filed with the MLS. Read it, and talk to a licensed professional, before you market a home. A buyer is not promised.
What the public NAR pages say
NAR’s Clear Cooperation page says a listing broker must submit a listing to the MLS within one business day of marketing it to the public. Public marketing includes public websites, yard signs, and flyers. NAR also describes office-exclusive and delayed-marketing options that still have filing rules.
An anonymous area-level signal on Pronoic.net is not a substitute for those rules. Pronoic.net does not file with an MLS.
Does Pronoic.net make a sale compliant?
No. Pronoic.net is not a broker and does not give legal advice. Compliance is between you, your licensed professional, and the MLS rules that apply.
